1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Alisa Koinova (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the careercoach.com.co website.

2. SERVICES & PAYMENTS

  • All services, coaching sessions, and digital products are provided “as is.”
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • Payments are processed via PayPal. By purchasing, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our site.

3. REFUND POLICY

  • Strict No-Refund Policy: All sales are final. Once a purchase is made or a coaching session is booked, no refunds will be issued. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event will we be liable to you for any lost profits or any indirect, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us during the 6 months period prior to any cause of action arising.

5. GOVERNING LAW & ARBITRATION

These Terms shall be governed by and defined in accordance with the laws of Delaware, USA. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Delaware. You waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
